Step 1 — Read Your Click Heatmap

The heatmap shows which links get the most clicks by hour of day and day of week. Your highest-traffic windows are your send windows — schedule emails to land 30 min before peak click time.

Step 2 — Identify Your Top 20% Links

Sort by EPC (earnings per click). Any link earning above $0.50 EPC is a winner — push more traffic to it. Below $0.10 EPC means weak offer match or weak audience.

Step 3 — Conversion Path Analysis

For each link, see the full path: email open → link click → landing page → checkout. Find where you're losing buyers and fix that step first.

Step 4 — Device & Source Breakdown

Split your clicks by Desktop vs Mobile. If >60% mobile but your landing page isn't mobile-optimized, that's your biggest revenue leak. Flag it for the Funnel Agent.

Step 5 — Export Weekly Report

Every Monday, export a CSV of your top 10 links by EPC. Feed this into your Linear project board as Optimization Priorities for the week.
